Reward Rules

Reward Cycle: Every 10 days constitutes a reward cycle. At the end of each cycle, $TIME holders receive rewards proportional to the amount of $TIME they hold and the length of their holding period.

Holder Levels and Multipliers

  • Paper Hand: 0 $TIME, Level Coefficient = 0

  • Bronze Hand: > 1999 $TIME, > 1 day, Level Coefficient = 1

  • Silver Hand: > 1999999 $TIME, > 10 days, Level Coefficient = 2

  • Platinum Hand: > 19999999 $TIME, > 19 days, Level Coefficient = 3

  • Diamond Hand: > 199999999 $TIME, > 29 days, Level Coefficient = 4

Reward Calculation Formula

The reward weight coefficient WWW for each holder is determined by the following formula:

W = \text{Level Coefficient} \times \left(1 + 0.05 \times \frac{\text{Days Held}}{10}\right) \times \left( \frac{\text{Amount of $TIME Held}}{1000} \right)^{0.5}

Reward Distribution

Given a fixed amount of rewards to be distributed daily, the rewards for each holder are calculated as follows:

  1. Calculate the Weight Coefficient for Each Holder: W_i = \text{Level Coefficient}_i \times \left(1 + 0.05 \times \frac{\text{Days Held}_i}{10}\right) \times \left( \frac{\text{Amount of $TIME Held}_i}{1000} \right)^{0.5}

  2. Compute Total Weight: Wtotal =i=1NWiW_{\text {total }}=\sum_{i=1}^{N} W_{i} (where N is the total number of holders.)

  3. Determine Individual Rewards: Wtotal =i=1NWiW_{\text {total }}=\sum_{i=1}^{N} W_{i}  Reward i=(WiWtotal )× Total Daily Rewards \text { Reward }_{i}=\left(\frac{W_{i}}{W_{\text {total }}}\right) \times \text { Total Daily Rewards }

Example Calculation

Assume the following conditions:

  • Total daily rewards: 33483.505 $TIME

  • Holder A: Silver Hand, holds 3000 $TIME for 15 days

  • Holder B: Platinum Hand, holds 25000 $TIME for 20 days

  • Holder C: Bronze Hand, holds 10 $TIME for 5 days

Step-by-Step Calculation:

  1. Holder A:

  • Level Coefficient: 2

  • Time Factor: 1+0.05×1510=1+0.075=1.0751+0.05\times \frac{15}{10} = 1+ 0.075= 1.075

  • Quantity Factor: (30001000)0.5=31.732(\frac{3000}{1000}) ^{0.5} =\sqrt{3} \approx 1.732

  • Weight Coefficient: WA=2×1.075×1.7323.722W_{A}=2 \times 1.075\times 1.732\approx 3.722

  1. Holder B:

  • Level Coefficient: 3

  • Time Factor: 1+0.05×2010=1+0.1=1.11+0.05\times \frac{20}{10} = 1+ 0.1= 1.1

  • Quantity Factor: (250001000)0.5=25=5(\frac{25000}{1000}) ^{0.5} =\sqrt{25} = 5

  • Weight Coefficient: WB=3×1.1×516.5W_{B}=3 \times 1.1\times 5\approx 16.5

  1. Holder C:

  • Level Coefficient: 1

  • Time Factor: 1+0.05×510=1+0.025=1.0251+0.05\times \frac{5}{10} = 1+ 0.025= 1.025

  • Quantity Factor: (101000)0.5=0.01=0.1(\frac{10}{1000}) ^{0.5} =\sqrt{0.01} = 0.1

  • Weight Coefficient: WC=1×1.025×0.10.1025W_{C}=1 \times 1.025\times 0.1\approx 0.1025

  1. Total Weight:

  • Wtotal =3.722+16.5+0.102520.3245W_{\text {total }}=3.722+ 16.5+ 0.1025\approx 20.3245

  1. Daily Rewards:

  • Holder A: (3.72220.3245)×33483.5056130.05(\frac{3.722}{20.3245}) \times 33483.505\approx 6130.05

  • Holder B: (16.520.3245)×33483.50527170.38(\frac{16.5}{20.3245}) \times 33483.505\approx 27170.38

  • Holder C: (0.102520.3245)×33483.505168.07(\frac{0.1025}{20.3245}) \times 33483.505\approx 168.07

Penalties for Selling

To discourage premature selling and to promote long-term holding, TIME.HODL enforces penalties for "Paper Hands." If a user sells or transfers any $TIME within a reward cycle, they forfeit their rewards for that cycle and the subsequent one. This penalty ensures that only those who genuinely commit to holding $TIME benefit from the rewards, reinforcing the value of patience and strategic investment.
